whole-body wellness. I know there are so many options out there when it comes to finding the right wellness coach, and I’m honored you’re here.
I started Greenleaf Fitness because I genuinely love helping people transform their lives through holistic health coaching, mind-body fitness, and sustainable lifestyle shifts. I believe life should be enjoyed, food should be enjoyed, and movement should be something that makes you feel empowered, not punished.
I’m not into diet trends or one-size-fits-all programs. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I emphasize REAL food, REAL life, and personalized health coaching that supports whole body health and mental wellness.
Perfection isn’t the goal—balance is. Wellness looks different for everyone, and my mission is to help you find a healthy routine that fits your life, not someone else's.
I’m also a busy mom of three active kids, so I deeply understand the juggle. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, managing a career, or both, I’m here to help guide women, moms, and families toward feeling their best—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
I offer group wellness coaching, private coaching for women (in-person & virtual), and realistic support that works in the real world.
Through my kids’ involvement in sports, I've also seen a huge need for sports nutrition coaching & mental performance training for youth athletes. That’s why I created customized athlete wellness programs that support not just physical performance, but confidence, focus, and long-term wellbeing. My team wellness coaching & 1-on-1 coaching for young athletes is designed to help them compete, train, and recover in a way that feels strong & sustainable.
Juggling it all can leave us feeling depleted & disconnected from ourselves. I work with clients to overcome burnout, improve energy, and reconnect with their sense of purpose through a mind-body wellness approach that addresses both physical and mental health.
My coaching goes beyond fitness and nutrition. It’s about helping you feel better in your body, make peace with food, and live a life that feels aligned and exciting.
I offer custom wellness plans, speaking engagements, and group coaching for teams and organizations—because health and happiness shouldn't be reserved for weekends or vacations.

As a Wellness Coach, I work with clients to set intentional health & wellness goals & identify any physical, mental, or emotional obstacles that may be holding them back. Through personalized mind-body wellness coaching, I guide each individual toward creating meaningful and sustainable lifestyle changes that support full body health, improved energy, and long-term well-being.
Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition habits, enhance daily movement, manage stress, or find better work-life balance, our sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. My holistic health coaching process is always customized, because no two clients are the same. Some clients work with me for a focused 1-month reset, while others engage in longer-term wellness journeys of 6 to 12 months for deeper transformation. Your path to a healthier lifestyle is personal, and I’m here to help you navigate it with support, clarity, and compassion.

And yet, so often, we move through it quietly.
That’s why I created something new inside Greenleaf Fitness.
Because I see how much women are carrying in this season — and how few spaces there are to talk about it honestly.
Introducing: Strong Through the Shift
This is a space for women navigating a full and evolving chapter of life.
-Maybe you’re in perimenopause or menopause.
-Maybe you’re raising teens who are beginning to spread their wings.
-Maybe you’re supporting aging parents.
-Or maybe you’re simply noticing a shift — in your energy, your identity, your priorities.
Wherever you are in this season… you are not alone.
This group is an open forum designed to provide support in a nurturing, welcoming environment. A space where you can exhale a little, be seen, and be heard.
Inside, you’ll be able to:
-Share real experiences — both the highs and the messy parts
-Receive support without judgment
-Exchange ideas around health, stress, movement, and mindset
-Be reminded that you are still growing, evolving, and becoming

More About Me

I am a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Youth Exercise Specialist and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I received my certification through NASM, the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and am CPR certified. My specialty is working with women at all stages in their wellness journey.
