Sessions are held in a private studio equipped with dumbbells, weighted bars, medicine balls, and resistance bands.

“Composure” is a trait and skill that requires much practice on the soccer pitch during a game.  It is not easy to master it and even teach.  I have been coaching for a long time and this part of the game is one of the most challenging part of the game to teach. 

 

Anna has offered to work with this team on mental part of the game and especially this year, her teachings have made a tremendous difference in this team’s second trip to “Nationals” two years in a row.

 

All the details and tools she has provided help the players to reach a different level… watch any player on the ball this season, so much calmness and composure on the ball when they play!  So impressive to watch…
